    I’ve never used the applicator. I string it up. Move each string aside, one at a time putting a very small dab in/on the slot, move the string back in the slot then finish tuning. Then I wipe it all down.

    I'm a little slow sometimes. Do you want to rearrange this preset so that the rotary comes after the cab and goes to both outputs?     Strandburg was showing off a new travel guitar prototype at NAMM. It may be worth the wait. BTW. I bought, then sold a STrandburg Boden because I couldn't get used to the Endurneck. I second the advise to try to get your hands on one before buying.

    Sounds a little sweeter to my ears. Grab a screwdriver, keep track of where you started, adjust on half to one full turn of the screwdriver at a time and listen. You'll know when it sound right and if it doesn't you can but some new pickups.

    I’ve read that dead spots are more prevalent in 24 fret guitars, but I haven’t noticed any dead spots with my Modern. I know PRS puts those big heels on their 24 fret models to help prevent dead spots. Get the Modern. I’m sure you’ll love it.

    I run my output through a small Yamaha 2 channel mixer. When listening through headphones I turn the speaker volume down at the mixer.

    Both the factory and my presets are fizz and echo free through my Xitone cab so it's not the sound of FRFR. I think you just need to dial in your presets.

    I'll give another recommendation for Casesmith Customs but only for the house. I think if I was out playing regularly I'd use a plastic molded one just to save weight and have front/back covers.

    I have 4 main presets that I practice with. I may tweak between firmware updates but mostly just play. Every now and again I go down the rabbit hole and that’s just as fun. I discovered the FAS Buttury that way and now I have 5 main presets.

    Why don't you play through your current Xitone wedges? I play both my guitars and my bass through a 12" Xitone wedge. If you just want a separate setup any FRFR should work at the volume you're describing.

    Mine took a looonnnngggg time to ship. I bought mine pre-covid, sometime in 2019. He did always answer my emails tho. Each time was "your order will ship in two weeks".
