Is it possible to have stereo stage and not create issues for FOH

Unless FOH is a mono mix I would just make sure the FOH and stage are the same with respect to L and R and you shouldn't have any issues. Also, if the cab separation on stage is too wide the effect you are going for will be lost. I'm guessing one cab on either side of the drummer? If your FOH...

    Need Advice: FM3 to FM9

Started with the FM3 and it worked pretty good but I then ran into the obvious problems that most of us FM9 users eventually do! Personally I would rather have it and not need it that to need it and not have it! If the extra weight and cost is not a factor buy it!

POLL: The most accurate PAF replica...

Yup totally agree! It's always in a sterile listing environment playing through a good amp where you can really tell the subtle differences! Once in the context of a mix it kind of goes out the window, been there done that.

POLL: The most accurate PAF replica...

At least in this vid you can see that the pickups have actually been changed out! To be honest the sounds aren't that drastically different and definitely very subtle. I think if you get close to a PAF style the rest you can play with volume and tone or pre and post EQ and get where you want...

    Your favorite guitarist

Such a clouded answer to give! Over the years I have had so many like everyone here you start posting all of your favorite guitar players. As to who I sound like or influenced me the most is an even tougher answer. Most of my playing styles were rooted in rock / hard rock and blues.

Steve Morse, what you can’t do with amp modelers. What do you think?

I say let people play what they want, if you dont like it don't play it! That's the whole idea is to have that choice. I also think the differences in the interactions of a pre/power amp, and transformer / speaker vers running a full range setup is where the two camps differ.
