Splitting a mono XLR Aux out signal

Sixstring

Legend!
So I'm looking for an answer to my specific problem. I have put an IEM transmitter under my board for those that havent seen the thread and I have run into a problem with getting sound in both both sides of the IEM. I figured this might happen and set up OP 3 to copy LR which is feeding the IEM TX.

What didn't like is it collapses the Stereo feed coming from OP-1. Is it possible to make a cable that would split the incoming signal from the Aux send which is XLR so I can feed both L R in IP 3 and not have any phasing or noise issues?

I think I found a solution to my problem! I had an old mic splitter/combiner in my gig bag that I haven't used in years so I put it to use! Just waiting on some 1/4" TRS low profile connectors to show up so I can test it!
