Several.

What do you do at the shop?

I do repairs on customer guitars. I also cut, radius and de-tang the frets for the Rusan Originals, and I've helped make some of the tooling that’s used in the construction of the Originals.

Here are some pics of the back.
This build was based around using a piece of 100+ year old ultra tight grain Redwood from my attic for the neck through. I also used the same redwood for the chambered body core. The top is spalted Brazilian Rosewood, Moon Ebony fretboard, Purple Heart back. I ended up painting all the Redwood black & it really made the color pop on all the other woods.
This is one of my 'Belly Backs'. I join the body wings to the neck through w/ a 5 degree angle so it wraps around your belly if you have one.
Then I have to make a few tricky cuts to get the book matched top to join to center. All in all, it's worth the extra work because these 'Belly Backs' are definitely comfortable & very unique.

We all know that a guy has to spend a lot of money to get a belly.
Anyone who takes that into consideration when building a guitar deserves respect!
