Turns out I had the AxeFX III going out through the humbuster output and the FM3 going out of the main out. When I went out of the humsbuster out of the FM3, they sound identical. Thanks for the help!

This is from the wiki, 'Aside from modifications designed to optimize CPU on the FM3 (see below), the FM3 runs the same algorithms and therefore sounds the same when identical settings are used.' I'll have to double check my test set up. Allegedly they should sound identical.

Axe-Fx III vs The real deal tube amp

I already said, as far as recording goes, I'm happy with and prefer the Axe III. What I'm not happy with 100% yet is the sound of the Axe III through FRFRs in a room.

No, what I'm saying is that, the Axe III, through XiTones, or Atomics, sounds very cool, however, it never quit reaches the same tonal qualities of a real tube amp.

Just looked under Setup>I/O>Audio to get to Input for channel #3. It's set to 'LEFT ONLY' please advise on how to disable the 'noise gate settings' for input 3, not sure where this is done in the Fractal. Last, a BIG thank you to everyone here who has taken the time to respond to help me out...

I've turned Output knob for volume on output 3 all the way up. This helped with unity gain. ' Today at 11:32 AM New Add bookmark #16 Out 3 level knob at 100% should provide unity gain (same level out as in) with shunts from In 3 to Out 3 block. The preset you posted has delay mix at 58%...

There is also a big change in EQ, right now, I ONLY have the Delay block on in the preset, and it's set to Analog Mono. Why is all the high end disappearing when I turn on the EFX Loop? I tried turning up the Axe III front knob Level Out 3, that helped some with the volume drop, but did not fix...

Wow that was easy, and it obviously never occurred to me that for example Input block 1, is for input 1...I thought they were labeled with different numbers to tell them apart like the other blocks, for example, Reverb 1,2,3 etc. So thank you! When I turn on the EFX Loop on the TC-100, it works...

Yes, the physical knobs for output on the front of the Axe are all straight up so they should have output. Yes, I read the manual on how to set up the Axe III for use in an EFX loop, see above. As to if the loop is 'serial or parallel' I don't know what that means. Can you explain? Not sure...

I've read the instructions several times. Can't figure this out. I've created a layout #3 entitled Effects 1. I want to be able to control the effects in this layout from the FC-6. I can't figure out how to select this layout from the pedal. Please advise. Thanks!
