    Everything is under D:users/fromo/onedrive..... I haven't figured out why I have this user/fromo/ondrive in addition to the D:user drive. I'm thinking if I can figure out how to move everything out of this fromo drive over to the D:user drive it may work out for me????

    No, I'm having trouble with everything. I was able to get itunes working by directing it to the right drive but I'm not having any luck with anything else. I'm going to do some googleing to see if I can revert this new PC back to empty and try transferring everything again.

    Does the noise go away when you touch the bridge or output jack? If so your output jack is wired backwards.

    This happened to me back at the beginning of the AxeIII on one of the first firmware updates. I didn't have a backup of my layouts at the time. It hasn't happened to me again since but I learned my lesson on having a backup. Try rebooting the Axe, then restoring from your backup.

    I thought I read in a Mayer interview that the inverted headstock puts the curves leaving the nut to feel the same as his Strat. Then was tweaked so the curve on the end matched the lower horn.

    I received my MKII yesterday. After dimming to about 50% it is a HUGE difference in readability over the original footswitch. I had a bit of buyers remorse when it was in transit but now that I’ve had a few hours with it I’m glad I made the change.

    I owned a Fender Mustang amp and a later Line 6 bean and HATED them. I couldn’t get any good sounds. Decent usable sounds for practice, yes, but I didn’t like them. I sold my tube amps within six months of buying my AxeIII.

    I sold my entire tube collection last year. It paid for Christmas this year including a nice new Suhr for myself and new Brookwood leather straps for each guitar. I didn’t realize how many tubes I had until I sorted them out for sale.

    Tremolo springs a ringing

    One thing to remember is that the springs coils will expand when using the trem. If the foam gets into the coils it will not retract to the same exact spot and can affect the tuning.

    I have a small Yamaha mixer between my output and powered speaker. Works great for what you’re asking. Just turn down the volume at the mixer.
