    I haven’t tried it but I’m guessing you’d make a preset like this: Input 1>>>compression/wah/etc>>>output 1>>>amp input amp loop send>>>input 2>>>chorus/verb/delay/etc.>>>output 2>>>loop return. You can probably find out if I’m right by looking in the manual.

    I just didn’t get along with the enduro neck. If they would soften the angle on the back or offer a C neck option, and drop the price by at least $600, I’d be first in line.

    Yes. I can see why they'd go with the design they did since most current headless models are pointy. The pointy super strat shapes seem to look better as headless than the new Ibanez headless. does IMO.

    The RB signature Ibanez would have been the perfect starting point for a headless model. Increased the amount of wood taken off of the back, lose the pickguard and chop off the headstock. Done.

    I mentioned earlier in this thread that I sold my tube amps. After a couple of years I’ve realize that I haven’t missed them and I haven’t even had any GAS to buy any. I‘m even selling my tube collection as I’ll never need them. That’s a testament to how great the Axe is.

    Thornbucker pickups - odd high end?

    My advice would be to adjust the pickup height until it sounds right. If you can’t find a sweet spot that satisfies you it may be time to try something else. FWIW, I really like the Thornbucker+. I also really like the SSH+ if your looking for a higher gain humbucker.

    I can honestly say this is the best update yet. My presets are sounding the best they have ever sounded. I had to tweak them a bit for 16.01 and had them sounding close but not quite where I wanted them. Without any changes to my presets, this update has them sounding "right" to my ears.

    Global volume drive lost

    I can’t remember off of the top of my head how to get there but, you can set your pedal to globally control the output volume. My pedal 2 is output volume. I’m not near my Axe but I think it’s under global settings/outputs.

    All of those outdated AxeII presets are still current for the AxeII users out there. I agree. Hurt their feelings they may quit trying. That person who posts a “not so good” preset may turn into the person who churns out the best presets you’ve ever played.

    I usually skip the betas and wait until the official release but I went ahead and downloaded this beta version. It’s a noticeable improvement. I haven’t even tweaked my go to presets because they sound so good as is. Those on the fence should try it.
