Let's just say watching the AFII wish list threads for the past while has been amusing. The more i read about it, the more i'm thinking they've thought about everything, it must have been an incredible amount of work

With channels + scenes it sounds like most people could get by easily on one preset.
YesAre channels basically an expanded version of X/Y?
Yes. Most blocks have 4 channels. That’s like.. X Y Z and..... Q?Are channels basically an expanded version of X/Y?
It was a monumental amount of work. The DSP board design was the most difficult hardware design we've ever done. It's a 10-layer board with all fine-pitch technology. Then migrating all the algorithms to a new processor architecture. The team did a phenomenal job.Yes, and i assume you're not talkin only about the scene names

No. But you can via MIDI.I wonder if I can still use my MFC with this new thing via FASLink.
What? Wow. That's...beyond impressive.It's a 10-layer board with all fine-pitch technology.
And, what seems incredible to me too is the announced price... I had bet on more than $3000... That's a good surpriseIt was a monumental amount of work. Looks like you got itAgain, did i get it right? X/Y is now "channel A,B,C,D"? And gapless & seamless? This is frickin` awesome! The more i read, the more i analyze pictures, also of the GUI, the more i realize, that the Axe III is all new and far more, than i ever expect it could be .... As much a step up, as it was from the Ultra to the Axe II! WOW!
the only thing i saw was the 8 plex multidelay and an RTA block
No. But you can via MIDI.
Real Time Analyzer -- it's a live display of the frequency content in the signal. What's RTA?
Via MIDI. FASLink is version II on the Axe III, which is not on the MFC-101.Will any of the versions of the MFC-101 work with the Axe III?
