Problem with the edit

Hi there. I am having some issues with the axe edit. I connect my ultra via midi-usb cable to the pc and open the axe edit. The ports of my midi interface are recognised but when i select them it result connected for few seconds and then appears an error message: "UNKNOWN DEVICE: THE VERSION INFORMATION COULD NOT BE QUIERED"
How can i solve the problem???

Are you trying to use Axe Edit for the Axe Fx II?

I don't think that supports the Ultra or Standard.

Same question here;
Do you try to use the AxeFx II-Editor with the AxeFX ULTRA?
That doesn't work!

That was the last stable version and does a good job!

I've been dealing with the same issue for a year! Someone recommend to me to launch axe edit first, then turn on the AxeFx. It worked but I only did it one time so far so we'll see
