But it would sound so much better!!As often as we get firmware updates it would be a pain to have to change the Quantum logo with the current version.

Yeah, seems like the range is changed from -10 to +10 before update, to 0 to + 10 after update
Is 'dynamic presence' different than and in addition to the 'presence' and 'presence freq.' knobs?
Really! Does anyone turn it on and off to see whether you are in Quantum or previous firmware? Its just a cool reminder at Powerup of whether you are on the latest Firmware or if you need/want to update or not! It was just a thought!I think putting the FW version on the boot screen will cause people to constantly turn on/off their devices just to see it, forgetting or not knowing you can check it in the Utility menu.
Yes, definitely different, though related.
Dynamic Presence parameter has been around for awhile now, and has been REALLY useful for some of us, in both positive AND negative values. That's why a couple of us are really hoping that there's going to be negative values as well, going forward.
However, I'm unclear if this "new" Dynamic Presence parameter is the same as it was before, or is something new, with the same name.
Pretty sure Axe Edit says it at the top.I think putting it on the Boot Screen is a fantastic Idea!!!! Would be cool if Axe Edit could also display the version!!!

because you're changing Modeling Version, not Firmware Version. For me it just shows the 2.04 Firmware "which is the latest one I am on, recording a song now so can't switch firmware's until I am done" if I switch it to 2.00 in Global Axe Edit does not reflect the change to 2.00 at the top.
there are instructions for this :O ??
I think a Q1,Q2,Q3 etc logo would be cool but I'm not too bothered about 'dot' versions being on the boot screen. Just my opinionBut it would sound so much better!!
