Envelope filter patches are tough to share because one must adjust the envelope controller parameters to fit one's own instrument(s) and picking. Try changing the ones in the factory patch, especially the threshold, and it possibly will work better for you... If you have to pick too hard to...

That's life as it is today... To port patches one must run an instance of Axe-Edit for each unit and manually transcribe the settings. Most of the time this works fairly well, but isn't the most elegant solution

You have to access the filter & vibrato blocks and remove the controller from the bypass. Block > Right click "bypass mode", this brings up the parameter modifier screen. Change source controller to "None". This will turn it on. You need to do this for both the filter and the pan/trem blocks...

On my iMac under 10.7 I had to use Stuffit Expander to properly open the archive. Merely clicking to expand it via Archive Utility caused it to loop as you describe... Try a different program to expand it...

Problem: Preset loses Punch after saving/storing it.

Does the output block on the bad patches show all the dials set counterclockwise after a save?

While we're sharing unsolicited opinions, mine is that I hope FAS holds 3.0 until it is relatively bug-free and until Axe-Edit is updated to reflect the firmware changes. Personally, I would prefer the firmware and editor updates to appear simultaneously so that new features are readily...

Scared and frustrated

On a recommendation from a kind forumite I DLed a shareware program called "CleanMyMac" that does a fine job of uninstalling programs ( among other things ) and finding leftovers from software that somehow winds up in obscure corners of one's filesystem. Enjoy your clean Mac with just a few...

Expression pedal assigned to control a phaser in Vibe mode does not work.

It's possible to set the rate to LFO1 Sync and have the phaser still respond to the expression pedal, but you have to set the pedal to control the actual LFO1 rate rather than the rate in the phaser block...

Airline Lost my Suhr.

I do this to all my bolt-on neck guitars and basses. It really tightens up the neck joint and makes it easy to toss one in a suitcase where it is marginally safer. Glad yours finally made it back home...
