Effects Only Application

I've found that the drive tones are very harsh when doing effects only into the front of an amp. Usually have to dial mids and upper mids back a fair amount.

the question that comes to mind is, how different is the tone in FOH from what you're hearing in the ASM-12? if you're adjusting for the ASM-12 won't that skew the FOH ? or can you set different EQs for your backline and FOH?

UPDATE: I've used CAB-LAB Lite to upload one IR at a time. Works great. But I have dozens of IRs I'd like to put in user slots. Is there a way in CAB-LAB Lite to push multiple IR files at the same time into multiple user slots? Or do I need the full version? Or no such capability ?

Not off the top of my head. I've been experimenting with using global EQ, Cab Block and AMP EQ to get rid of the boomy and super sharp highs. I tend to leave the cab block alone now and just use global EQ to get the signal into the right pocket.

Finally found a sound, but.....

FXII just as an FX processor

So far I mainly use it before a clean amp (70s era non master vol Marshall JMP 100) I use my own drive and fuzz pedals before the AF2 ( add pitch modulation and delays as needed) and then into amp I am currently experimenting with driving the amp more or using one of my vintage master vol...

Rig Rundown: Shinedown's Zach Myers = Axe FX II

Seemed more like he was frustrated that after all the programming a new FW hit and he had to do it over again and that he couldn't use AE and had to use front panel. These are similar frustrations expressed here and often balanced with the excitement that with each new FW we were getting more...

Gilmour rotary speaker emulation

i tried out the main presets. thank you Yek for the awesome TONEZ! the only issue i ran into so far was the guitar's signal dropping when selecting between scenes. what pilot errors should i check?

I'd love to be able to store all of my songs (scenes) in one bank (for example C )and then copy them in any order to reflect any given nights set list into another bank (A) .Preferably by clicking and dragging etc in Axe Edit. Then push that new bank config onto the machine and go ! So far it's...

having trouble when use mfc-101 and mini effect gizmo HELP...

I have been thinking of incorporating a few real pedals into the signal chain prior to the AFX. I would like to use the RJM Mini Effect Gimzo along with the MFC101 so I can engage those pedals as well as AFX pedals with the press of just one button on the MFC. Has anyone worked this out with...
