No Quarter Fact preset wah rate question

Was trying to edit the wah rate to a slower throb on the factory preset earlier today, but was unable to figure out a way to edit that.
Any assistance is most appreciated.

It's in bank C
Pretty sure it is called No Quarter on the factory presets

Lower/change the LFO 1 rate (controllers menu)
