Intermittent fasting.
Is the way. I don't eat actual food until after 5pm every day. Prior it is just water (lots!) and coffee.
At 55 I can wear the same waist size as I did at 25. Hunger pangs won't kill us. Even if the evolutionary
brain and instinct wants us to think we are "starving to death" by not eating for 12 to 18 hours.
