Steve Morse has been at the guitarist helm of Deep Purple a while now. Yeah, you can hear the Satriani rhythm influence there.

I enjoy the start of this video where Pat McManus has a nice tone with some lovely notes being played.

I saw Pat McManus a lot of years ago when he played in a band called "Mama's Boys" when they supported Thin Lizzy on a tour. He was hard rock back then but I think I prefer his playing now.

Anyway, enjoy.

What a couple of days I have had. "Before you finish decorating this room start decorating that room.." my wife told me.
