Hello - is there any chance this can be incorporated into the final release of this firmware??

This would help greatly with maintaining a predetermined tempo while changing scenes within a preset.

The updates to the PI and CF are outstanding! More weight indeed, and certainly the open/response/dynamics with the CF are tangible in feel and in tone. There is definitely more overall body/fullness in v8 and the feel is just that much better and a joy to play....love this new modeling. Outstanding....
 
Does anyone happen to know if the AC30 and/or ODS 100 got touched? I know some of the Fender models had PI issues so I wasn’t sure which models were specifically affected with this update.
 
Help me out here with the differences between the real world counterparts to the 5153 dynacabs. I could be wrong, but don't they both have the same speakers? Maybe the ones that were shot for dynacabs don't because they sound VERY different from each other. I'm actually preferring the non-stealth version.

The 2x12 has G12h30’s and the 4x12 has EVH G12 speakers which I believe are rebranded Heritage Greenbacks.
 
Hoping for it before August 2nd. Have a couple gigs! I'm running the beta which has been stable at all our practices.

Never gigged beta, even after all these years. Might try it with this release if necessary. Anyone found any beta bugs that matter if things are otherwise fine?

What speakers does the non-stealth 5150 412 dynacab have? Asking because it sounds so different from the new stealth 412.

Ahhhh yea, that's always seems to be the case! The last few major releases the beta's dropped right before a string of gigs for me so I had to wait until the schedule cleared....never an easy thing to do heh.

After a run of shows in June and early July I have some downtime until later in August so I jumped right on the beta a couple of weeks ago. Am not seeing major issues with the latest beta here on the board so I'm confident the official release will be soon-ish.

I’ve been running it 2-4 hours a day at home, and have done 3 gigs with it with zero issues. I’ve always been a firm no gigs in beta person as well, but my setup is simple and I have a backup device of a different brand.

The Stealth and non Stealth cabinets have the same speakers. Ikm going by what the EVH specs say. I have no idea what speakers are in Cliff’s cabinets.

Interesting that the 412 dyacab versions sound so different if they're the same speakers. I was going by the specs online also.

I did a little messing around with mics and positions and I am totally digging the 212 stealth cab. Like a lot. A whole lot.
