I am really curious what that sheet on the bottom says. Could you please post a picture of that?
This one is ”only” $7800. Personally, a $50 Boss SD-1 and USA custom shop Jackson or ESP sounds like a better choice.

+ variable voltage... LOLCliff, what brand of batteries did you use to model the Klon? Connoisseurs say that they get different flavors
[WISH] Power Battery Brand Selector for the Drive Block
I'm pretty sure that's what makes it a "professional" overdrive.I like how Bill's own recommended settings are as a "Clean Boost." Very, very telling.
Thanks for sharing!
+ variable voltage... LOL
It is not just about voltage. Cork sniffers, starting with master sniffer Eric Johnson, claim that batteries of different brands provide a different tone under the same voltage.

you might facepalm hard, but fuzzy faces love Zinc instead of Alkaline
The impedance of the battery is what I've always heard is different and can cause some circuits to sound different - usually the older, discrete transistor circuits is where the big changes happen....you might facepalm hard, but fuzzy faces love Zinc instead of Alkaline
Checking the new Klon drive model on a few boutique/blues-rock presets and a DI track. I love this kind of special sauce overdrive, I own a few clones/recreations of the mythical pedal myself - EHX Soul Food, Wampler Tumnus Deluxe, J Rocket Archer Ikon, I also have access to a friend's Gladio Cornerstone and Ceriatone Centura
...and this is the 2nd reason why I love these forums lmao@FractalAudio I KNOW WHAT YOU DID THIS SUMMER! I bet you modeled the batteries, and we just been upgraded to some primo Duracells…
