wow nice (y)
Right? The indignity!Fractal Bot's not picking this up for me, has it been withdrawn?
EDIT: WHAT?! I have to do something for myself?!
Using a Music Man Axis, I still get some clipping warnings even with the input at 5%....You don't need to do it that way any more. Just set it to normal/default, then adjust the percentage down until you don't get the clipping warning any longer.
Try 4%. Some guys are using 3%.Using a Music Man Axis, I still get some clipping warnings even with the input at 5%....
Gapless? No, but it's pretty damn good with firmware 22. I measure a gap of around 20-40 msec, which IIRC is down from about 30-50 msec previously.
They do it to make the volume jump up quickly in the music store. “Look how loud this amp is at 3! It must really be powerful!” The other amps have to do it, too, because if they don’t, they sound “weak.” Even the sales staff gets into the act, hyping all that volume at low settings.Given the behaviour of a typical MV, why do they behave that way?
Do you think it's an oversight in design?
It just makes no sense to have a control that goes to 10 that flubs out at 3.
The sound “kicks in” when you start pushing the power amp into saturation. That only happens when you’re close to maximum volume. The whole MV thing is confusing.
In a lot of amps, it either seems to distort early or you need to turn it up to an ear splitting volume before the 'sound' kicks in, like a Soldano.
Right? The indignity!
that’s what Dan at Revv intended....And the first Dynacabs presets pack ever has been launched hehe, someone wants a beer?
What is pretty mad with the REVV is that it sound good without quite touching nothing
Like with what cab(s)?...And the first Dynacabs presets pack ever has been launched hehe, someone wants a beer?

Signal to drums ratio. There is one thing I wonder about. Why are the mics usually placed very close to the cab and then EQ is applied in the real world applications? Pulling the mic back is a great way to widen the sound and eliminate the boom & fizz IMHO.
Same. There's a download link at the top of the first post in this thread.Am I missing it? I can't get the new firmware update prompts when I open fractalbot and I don't see it on the DL page on the website?
I found it. Thank you so much.Same. There's a download link at the top of the first post in this thread.
You owned or tried one for real?that’s what Dan at Revv intended.
yep, here’s mine, I paid 3290€You owned or tried one for real?
I don’t know if I will try one day, I never saw one. Here it is 3600 euros (3900 dollars approx)
That’s cool to see all this enthusiasm with a high gain amp! Badlander next?
