has anyone found varigrip or similar excercise tools useful?

Great that you are doing better. I have done similar exercises. Very good. However, also some that causes pain like muscles or stuck tendon. No pain, no gain...lol Cheers Frank

Yes, the VariGrip is a great tool! Four months ago, I had an accident in which I partially amputated my middle finger. It was still connected to the tendon and nerve, but everything else was severed. The finger was surgically reattached and immobilized with a K-wire for several weeks...

stand in switches - hold function?

You can use it with any external switch. Let's say you use FC Pedal 1. Just right click on stack/hold and choose FC pedal 1 from the list. Done!

Wish Adjust/Set the Metronome Output via the Foot Controller Switches

Hi Glenn, using Output 3 offers extra volume control. I use a GEQ before output 3 to fine tune the sound.

Never tried them. But they are great for sure. The RedSound MF10 are the perfect FRFR speakers for me. I use the smaller RedSound Elis at the music school (low volume) and they are perfect as well. No need for searching other FR cabs.

I will test it as soon as FM3 is back here. It works great with the AXE-FXIII. On the first overdub the "Erase" button becomes the "Undo" and "Redo" button. When I press "undo" the overdub is off and when I press the button again the overdub is on again.

Absolutely - It's different - more treble and less bass and midrange - kind of scooped sound and I think more gain and less dynamics - I like the AX8 too ;) But you can tweak that with FM3 with ease.
