Hi guys,
as some of you may know, in my video series Frank's Fractal Sunday, I showcase all 383 Fractal Audio Factory Presets.
Each factory preset is presented in a roughly 1-minute clip, either with or without a backing track.
For presets named after specific songs, like Eruption, I naturally play the corresponding piece.
We’re now at preset #339, which means I only have 44 presets left to go – and then this monumental project will finally be complete!

During this project, I’ve learned so much, and it’s been an incredible journey.
The factory presets are also a fantastic starting point for creating your own custom presets, so be sure to explore and get creative.
Here’s the latest video. Have a great week!

Cheers,
Frank ❤🤘🎸

You sir are a L E G E N D !

Your videos really showcase the potential of the default fractal presets. I’ve read a few reviews by people who complained that there are zero useable presets in the device as a whole and your series has clearly shown that this is not the truth.

Thank you for all your hard work and time. Best!

Frank, your dedication to this project has been extraordinary. Even though my spoken German is a bit spotty, I can follow about 90%. Your music examples are always inspired and inspiring. Thank you!

THANK YOU for your continued dedication to the cause my friend!
ROCK-ON-ROCKER!

Now fingers crossed Fractal won't release a big update of the factory presets soon! Oh wait...

Thank you for your dedication to this project, it really has become a beautiful resource and showcase of the unit!

Your playing is really inspiring, Frank! Might I suggest you start working your way through Axechange when you finish the presets, lol!

Interesting videos, I did not know about them before.I can’t find in YouTube issues 12, 19, 28, 46, 50, 51, 53, 56, 58, 60, 62. They do not exist or I simply did not find them?

The sound is back. The inspiration is back. And it feels amazing to continue this journey!
If you’re into Fractal Audio, guitar tones, or just want some musical inspiration – I’d love for you to check it out.

In Episode #76, I take you through presets #370 – 374, including the powerful Recto 27 by Mark Day, the beautiful clean tones of Neal Schon, and three unique sounds from the Periphery guitar team: Jake Bowen, Mark Holcomb & Misha Mansoor.
At the end of this video, I perform a track using Mark's Preset #370, delivering that massive ’80s Rock energy.
