So...Now the FX8 is in peoples hands...what do you think?

I want to know if it sounds real good with 4cm.... The ax fx 2 ate too much signal in my tests, and I was not happy with it. I do not want my amps will sound differently...

AFD is right in the Axe fx ... is only an amp that does not sound like the real # 36.... in comparison with my mod Marshall #36 sounds like an old Am radio. ( i have both amps... ) Cliff should put the #34 mode instead, which is very similar to the true, (although in marshall have changed...

Alinico II are important but not crucial in my opinion , the difference is the 'eq in the final result. The real #34 is a very saturated head that he only uses in the studio because of the difficulty of handling. Full master volume , very little gain and speaker abuse :) Another thing...

The cab is the Utra res II 4x12 Brit v30 ... (slash use this cab today, but on the Illusion album (only) he used the Greenbacks...) . Pickups are Alnico II .... I will continue to work on... definitely will share in the next days.

A tech question for the Fractal team ... line mixer for 4cm

I use the AXE FX2 with 4cm and I' am really satisfied with this configuration: I use the 4cm for after preamp effects sim obviously, but i use the wah sim and somethimes other effects sim before my Marshall preamp and and some clean amp simulations (the Marshall has not ...) or other amp...

Unfortunatley nobody knows the original amp mod perfectly... I use two amp just for mix the tone... The afd is close to the record's original track...but mod plexi or mod jcm800 too Ps: sorry all for the bad note on the track... I use slash tone ( afd is my real amp...) but i don't play...

No is not in the backing track......O nothin special,for a quick test i used the Pete Thorn Clean Sound Patch, put a chorus on and reduce gain... and a little work on the final eq to make it brighter.... but you can do it better... start with a clean sound, chorus and work on it.....

I made it splitting the Mark day hurricane and ratt solo presets. I wanna do a Mick Mars preset but is so hard to do it. He use a Soldano SLO-100 Super Lead Overdrive Head,Marshall JCM800,Rivera Bonehead 100 Watt Head . The cabinets are Marshall 1960BV 4x12 straight cabinets with Vintage...

I have the same problem ... make a good amp choice I have a 4x12 guitar cab with 25w Green Back speakers and I'm intending to take another one in the future So I think the DCM100L is a good choice because ohms/60w 8 stereo (one cab) and 4 ohms/100w (for two cab) it's a good power .. why not...

using Eleven Rack and Axe Fx together

I'm an eleven rack user and I ordered my Ultra a few days ago I wanted to sell the eleven rack for a new sound card to match with the fractal unit... But now, with your help , I think to keep it as an audio interface It is certainly good match and allows me to have many sounds ... a good sound...
