This unity gain thing: do I understand correctly that it will adjust for different guitars to have similar input/gain levels? I ran into this yesterday where my clean preset would distort slightly with a different guitar I brung along just for fun. Higher output. I'd still like it to be clean then...
Come to think of it, will this adjust for different output levels from different pickups in the same guitar? Like going from a bridge HB to Mid/bridge in between coil tapped sound?

And I would like to know if the rear input still defeats the front input.

Is it possible to use the input2/output2 as a second signal path instead of an fx loop (connected the other way around)?

Good stuff. I feel the need for "How-Tos for the Axe-Fx II".
Then again, if people just have read the current How-Tos, will they be upset when I publicize the next-gen page?
Difficult...

Maybe you can do a how-to buy back or trade in deal?

Has the interface been tested with Pro Tools 8/9, Sonar 8.5 & X1 (32 & 64)? Thanks as I am mostly keeping an eye on what doesn't work as of yet because I use PT8.05 and Sonar 8.5 for now.

I have X1 and Protools 9. I will test this weekend

If you hold down Page < while whistling "Flight of the Bumblebee" it unlocks the "Angry Birds" game.

are the 2048 IR's the current end of the line or do you have plans/methods
to extend the cab section in future firmware updates!?
maybe something algorithm based, would this be possible?
