I tried it with my MacBook and no such love. :-(
Tried a bunch of different key combos, but always exports as .syx
Any other Mac users have success?

I'm on Axe-Edit 3.1.9 and just stumbled upon the key combo that works for this on Mac...it's Command + Shift + Option + Export......Works like a charm!

Thanks for figuring that out! I don't own a Mac, so I couldn't help. I wish I could update my original post to say how to do this on Windows and Mac, so people don't have to read through this whole thread but the forum doesn't allow us to edit older posts. I wonder if this could get added to the Wiki?

Axe-Edit 3.6.0 moved the *hidden* export functionality to the main Preset menu. Just choose "Export Preset to CSV..." from the menu.
