Vintage Fender Porn (watch at own risk!)

The beautiful music you hear was performed by @harmaes (Harry Maes) using the latest Cab Pack - ML USA Combos. Thank you so much Harry! People please check out: http://www.harrymaes.com/

In this digital day and age it's easy to forget that behind every IR there's a real life counterpart, just like behind every nick and avatar there's a real person. :) These amps that the new Cab Pack is based on are pieces of history and having a file called "ML USA Tweed SM57 1" may not really deliver the message of what needed to happen even for that single IR to be created. So I really wanted to create this video and show everyone these fine pieces of guitar gear history that may or may not have something to do with the Cab Pack. They're just pretty pictures in the end.

In a few years I think I'll start a company that creates perfumes like "tube smell" and "moldy tweed" that we can spray on our digital units. Seeing is only half of the experience, but do you like how they look? :)

really amazing sounds

Thank you everyone! For those asking for more clean tone samples here are a couple of clips I created while creating this pack. No post processing and amp settings are pretty much default. :) Enjoy!

I feel stupid. i just purchased it and don't know how to use it.

i tried using fractal-bot and tried to upload it from the Axe-Fx-Preset-Bundle. It says it's transmitting but never finishing. Then I also tried uploading the cabs by themselves but when i try to load the file to Fractal Bot it complains saying, "The selection does not appear to be a valid file for the Axe-Fx II."

Any help?? thanks!!!

It's getting late and I haven't used AxeEdit in ages.... It's not working for me. I tried to import preset and after a dialog that says it's been loaded into temporary memory I get a blank preset.... :(

Hey! You're not running the latest firmware right? That's the reason Axe-Edit doesn't load the presets correctly. You can use the free (but donationware) FracTool to use newer presets with older firmware versions. This is actually an issue with FAS FW and Axe-Edit that should be fixed in near future IIRC. :) Sorry for the inconvenience.

ML, thanks for the reply. I actually tried FracTool for the first time and it worked! Though it freezes my axe after few seconds of transferring.. Ha.. ha... and btw. I'm on quantum 6.03.1 which is the latest official firmware, right? I thought AxeEdit doesn't work well with the betas....

I'll update you with more later. Thank you!

I got it~~~ Everything is working now with FracTool. I just can't save the cabs into user slots as whatever I drag in from FracTool is getting saved into Scratchpad.

This cab sounds amazing!! If any of you got it and sounds a bit 'honky' Play it in a mix in a full band context and that's where I hear the magic!

Thanks ML for the great collection :) God bless and thanks all for the help!

Thank you so much @dkijc and sorry once again for this problem you're having. We're definitely going to discuss this and try and come up with a solution.
