ASIO4ALL isn't compatible with some USB DRIVERS that don't support the multiple device feature....

Ok, i never used usb audio interfaces apart AxeFx, always using firewire...

It's a strictly windows problem. I'm able to do what the OP wanted with a Focusrite USB I/o on a Mac.

Ok, can do it too on windows with my presonus interface...

I think I read on the Focusrite website that their interfaces (read that as USB drivers) are not compatible with ASIO4ALL multi device feature which is unfortunate.

OK cool, so if I run into that issue again I'll pass on that Presonus drivers work.
