FracTool - for power users only

In recent days, the program tries unsuccessfully to connect to the server to update. This may be due to the fact that I use a proxy (advanced.name if matters) to connect to the network?

Not Running any Anti virus on my system. I keep getting a FracTool Quit unexpectedly message, and I can view the report. But the report is just gibberish to me.

I'm on a Axe.fx mk1 wuth Q6 and I'm trying to convert an XL Q4 patch.
I have tried several patches but the syx file converted is always empty.
Am I doing something wrong?

Preset version : "0x600"

Removed Y settings on "ParaEQ 1"

Converted from XL/XL+ to II "0x600"

Converted to "AxeFx II" and saved to "/Users/danielebartoloni/Downloads/p004955_Moth(AxeFx II).syx"

So where is it empty ? in FracTool or in your AxeFx II ?
