Do you guys go for totally clean or do you have a little hair?
I do have a little hair.
In fact, my mirror seems to think I have a little less every year (but it's not to be trusted.)

My HOOK was sent off to the States and modeled there by Cliff and his team. I love the way it sounds, just like the real amp here, but more versatile inside the Fractal.I believe that Fractal actually worked with Richard to model the Hook.
i love the way the amp can sound 'plexi', has a big clean channel that also works well with pedals, then to a singing mid heavy lead tone, but still sounding like a 'real' amp, instead of some amps being to 'nosy' or 'honkey' to my taste. And we thank him for it
Cool! I'll check it out tonight. My HOOK was sent off to the States and modeled there by Cliff and his team. I love the way it sounds, just like the real amp here, but more versatile inside the Fractal.
Band Commander: +1 for cleans with the Stratocaster.Lately Band Commander.
Nothing revolutionary or unique, it's just really good, dirties up nicely when you want that.
I think this amp doesn’t get same recognition, but similar to the AC20, I think this is just a fantastically modeled amp in the fractal system. If you are looking for boldish’ fender cleans it’s on if the best , I compared a lot vs twin, bandmaster, deluxe, super , tweed and it just sits right.6G12 Concert set a bit dirty with output compression around 2-3 for some punch .
Replying to myself, but since this post was in 2018, things have inevitably changed with time.I don't like clean with no grit... All my cleans are a bit dirty.
I'm mostly using one of the Hook models... Also Cameron CCV and Bludojai Clean.
With an always on boost in front.
100% - we can be outliers together!I feel like an outlier because I keep coming back to the Texas Star Clean. It's got that ooey-gooey flavor of cleans that just puts a smile on my face whenever I push it with a single coil
