Yes, adding the Output 3 and Output 4 blocks fails to override the "Copy Input 1" option (if ON) for those outputs using 23.02. Similar issue as what happened with Copy Out 1 to 2, but not yet fixed.

This has been fixed for the next release.

What I mean is keeping and submitting a problematic preset to FAS could have helped debug a potential issue that could benefit everyone by finding an issue that might pop up later or have other impacts. (Speaking as an ex developer.)

Now the difference with FW 22.01 is about 3-4% more and this perfect considered the new features.

I'm not seeing an increase in cpu usage. Post the preset, maybe it's something specific to that preset.

You hit the nail on the head. The bypass mode was set incorrectly for several effects in the presets where spillover was not working for me. I have updated my original post. Thank you very much for your help! Have a great day.

Update completed - no issues whatsoever.

Some part of this update tidied things up nicely. I made very minor adjustments in BMT and added a touch of gain on some scenes. Dam, it sounds good!

Zero. And move it from there until it is not too dull (it adds dullness)

Definitely use it sparingly, but it's very powerful. You want to move it up from zero, as Piing said, just until you hear it getting clearer. But if you go too far, it starts to sound almost like you're using no speaker at all. The time I like to use it is if I have an IR that sounds good mostly, but has some terrible upper mids. The smoothing parameter can help to clean up those mids. But, like I said, just be careful not to go too far, because you lose character. An interesting exercise is to go to the Align page of the Cab Block when you do this and see exactly what Smoothing is doing.
