Axe-Fx III Factory Presets for firmware 27.03

Thank you guys for the new firmware and the new preset banks! I usually prefer to create my own presets from scratch but this time around, I chose to audition the new factory presets for a change and I didn't regret it one bit! You guys have really outdone yourselves!

There's just one question that never occured to me so far since I always stayed in the "green" zone with my own patches:

Quite a few factory presets have levels that go quite a bit into the red zone on the output block meters. I always assumed it's best to stay below 0 dB maximum with hard strumming in order to avoid any type of clipping. Is this still best practice or does it make no difference? I assume it might be problematic when using the analog XLR/1/4" jacks instead of SPDIF or AES digital outputs?

Another sticky preset/scene, Preset 13 (USA IIC+), Scene 6 (IIC++ cab B). If you like anything remotely metal, you will get stuck playing it for hours. I'm not even past the first 20 presets and everything sounds amazing. The secret sauce is real.
Ya good one, thanks.
This got me thinking of JP so I tried that one with the delay on OMG I play like a GOD.

I'd say, just adjust accordingly on one's own system listening for any clipping.
They prolly been created by someone with a lighter strum, different pickups etc.

I tried the presets with a low-wind PAF and some of the preset were decidedly over zero even with medium strumming.

My question is more geared towards the implications of the output block level meter rather than the presets themselves:

Are levels above zero in the output block meter clipped for the digital or analog outputs, which ultimately means that one should always aim for levels below zero?

I know that external audio interfaces will clip if they receive too hot of a level from the Axe FX III, but it's most important for me to know that there's no internal clipping inside the Axe FX III at all or below the zero mark.

I really enjoy all the great work done here and love to play around with them and listen every scene/presets again so thank you!

I'm just curious about things, just curiosity

- The presets dropped (so no longer there) , it's to fit 384 presets or because some were a copy of other, or new ones?

-What are the process for the new versions? I see a lot of cool different scenes and the rest is tweaking, resetting the amps, some cab or dynacab for some and the settings from very experiments guys?

Santa is really nice this year, big present

There were new presets added and older ones removed. You can find the old ones here in a mini archive under Presets

Each person has their own process, and the presets represent the work of a lot of people.

Thanks

You need to go through the ceiling to clip. The line on the meter is a target reference, not a clip indicator.
Thanks for this info and all the great presets, Matt! Love your clean Rockman preset, hope there's also a dirty Rockman preset in store for us!

Not normally emotive on social media and forums but having just dowloaded the latest firmware and these presets I just have to comment. Just WOW. Really great work guys, and what a New year gift. I am a system developer myself so I can appreciate how you have constructed the system to allow these regular and painless updates. Equally, the modeling and the sounds are just superb. Really well done and thanks a lot.

Did anyone spot the new preset Harmonic Feedback in Bank C?
Ported from the VP4.
It's similar to the Digitech's FreqOut.]

What is the preset number in bank C?

This Preset is absolute fantastic and also if you have no Pedal the ADSR Scenes are pure fun.

You have to download the renewed Version, do a init with the blue circle near the search field in the preset browser and have fun with Preset No 294 - "Harmonic Feedback"!

Just tried the Dr. Bonkers Rock Bass Preset - with my passive PU equipped Basses this Preset clips the Output.
I have to reduce the Output Block about 16dB to get a normal Volume in the preset leveling Tool. (Maybe it's better to fix the individual blocks to get a good gain staging...)
Also there are 8 different Scenes, but they all have no text-title and are also not leveled greatly to each other.
I can fix this myself, but maybe someone will bring it in form for the final release!
