Waitlist 4-28 got my invite today 4-17 now I have to debate because the headphone jack is important to me but I also want this while in lockdown. I travel a lot and the headphone jack allows me to practice in the hotel room. Hrmph I might go with a workaround on that.

Exactly. It is a plus in both ways although many won't see it that way because they want it their way now. A lot of people don't need the headphone jack... so this helps make the list smaller when they ones with the jack are available. It is a win win really but I understand people will still...

FRFR and monitoring as a bass player? I need some advice please.

So realistically I am better keeping my bass cab (Genz benz neox 2-12) and getting a power amp if I want to run this for bass live then? For guitar I am happy with the DXR12 honestly but for bass there isn't really a powered option that is great? That's what I gather from this anyhow.

Ibanez SR655: pros and cons

Very pleased. It really does fit my needs better than the axe did for sure. Still just great sound. I don't get hauling gear. I do get the fact that a tube amp has the slightly better feel but man no one can tell that in the audience even if they are trying to listen for it.

That is why I got it. I know what I signed up for with it. I don't think I ever came close to maxing out my AXE this having less CPU was never an issue vs the form factor which is more important to me.

To get a little variety you should look into a single cut guitar that is 24.75 scale with two humbuckers. I would think of moving that DC with P90's. ;)

I'm the type of person who doesn't update his iPhone or iPad until they stop supporting that model. Yeah newer models are better but not enough imho. For me I have a II because that is what I happened upon in a deal. Had I been buying I would have likely gone xl but I am in no way displeased...
