    I can't remember where I heard it, but it works. Turn the input trim to .85 then fiddle with the gain, treble and presence. Also, disabling the proximity in the cab block helped also.

    I don't recommend every cutting metal, it will hurt the overall strength of the board. I bought a $5 power cord on Amazon, cut it, fed it through and reconnected the wires. Super easy and you only have to do it once.

    a bit off topic, but I have been attaching the gain on the drive block to the pitch controller. So, power chords get minimal drive while higher single soloing notes get much more gain and sustain. Pretty slick.

    best trick I found so far is to attach the delay level to the frequency modifier. This way, the lower notes such as power chords get a smaller amount of delay than a high lead note. Try it out, super cool.
