Blending analog and digital

I have a Mesa Boogie Mark V head that I'd like to experiment blending with some of the amp/cab sims in the Axe Fx. What connection diagram would I use to achieve this? Would it be 3.4.3 rather than the effects processor only diagram, or can you still put amp sims in the chain with that hookup...

Recording on Ableton Live 9

I can't seem to get any level or feedback from it, it's all on and working on the axe's end, the audio input and output device selected are both axe 2 in ableton, not sure what i'm doing wrong :(

^That and fixed harmony type worked like a charm, the only thing I can't figure out now is how to get the 1st note played to cut out and stop ringing with the semitone that plays after it when I hold the note, is that possible?

Does Scenes only work for preset and not song mode?

I tried to program scene 1 and 2 in SONG mode and when I hit IA switch 2 after I selected Scene2 to be assigned to it nothing happens. Does this only work in PRESET mode for the Axe? And if so, how do you assign the Presets for switches 1-5 in that mode? Mine just defaults to presets 0-4 on my...

I matched them 90 to 90.. I did that before and for some reason it didn't complete but after going back and forth between different variations 90 and 90 decided to work :/

It's weird Chris, my pedal just says Error 14 whenever I turn it on now :( Each time I try updating firmware it gets stuck at a certain percentage while midi ox will continue to transfer files

Yes the firmware update will start and get to 99% and then an error 6 appears right after. Do the increments for Delay between buffers and Delay after F7 need to match or am i only adjusting the former?

Hey Cobbler, Sorry I should have clarified, i'm trying to use the Axe 2 as my midi device via USB. I tried sending the file with the buffer set at both 90 and 60 milliseconds but the first time i got an error 13 and just now an error 6 :/
