Latency Compensation Measurement

I am glad that the bug is solved in FM9 and FX3 but I am very sad that FM3 still suffers from it. So many years, in fact! I recently updated the FM3 firmware in hope that it is fixed and works as intended - but nope. When recording via USB the offset is still unacceptable for fluent work... :(...

FM3 Audio Out of Sync in DAW

Apparently this issue has not been solved yet. I was trying to record e-acoustic guitar couple of days ago (with a simple preset, only IR and some basic EQ) and... well, the recording offset was real. I believe you can get around this if you send your signal from the unit output to your audio...

Small update: Now EVERY fractal default patch sounds good. Really good. Sustain is better also. This is like living the dream. ;) Once again I can say - Axe-Fx 2 was my best music gear investment in my whole life. Period.

Uberschall now sounds like a monster, before 10.0 I didn't like it at all... Same with SLO100, same with Splawn Nitro, same with Mesa amps... Now EVERY fractal default patch sounds fantastic.

How do you feel about the drives now?

High gain player here. Better feel. Better punch. Better 'oomph'. Easy to achieve GOOD sound with just a few tweaks. A bit hard to achieve STUNNING sound. But hey, I tried only for couple of minutes. ;)

FAS Modern 5.01 - djentish!

I didn't play much with 4.01 but I can feel obviously the difference in dynamics. Much more live sound, organic. Also, feels much more like a real tube amp. Quite strange but I'm serious. And thanks for your kind appreciation!

Please recommend a FRFR Speaker for Axe FX II

. Try out Alto TS112A or Alto TS115A ;) They are awesome for their price. Ultimate beatdown. ;)
