Bug? Loud audio "pop" when turning unit on or off

Let's also mention, this is good practice for ALL audio equipment. Active speakers or power amps should ALWAYS be powered on last. It doesn't matter if your last unit made a pop or not, you were still doing it in a way that is not recommended for audio equipment. Would you turn your PA power...

    AXE FXII- Matrix GT1000FX - Yamaha HS80M

The HS80M monitors are *good* monitors. They're not *great* monitors, but if all you're doing is bedroom/basement rocking, they will be more than adequate. If you play in a band at all, though, I would recommend something with a little more oomph. The Matrix and some nice coaxial speakers...

Yes, that's exactly right. If you already have the HS80M, you don't need anything else, though. Plug the Axe into the HS80M and you're good to go. I use a pair of the HS80's as my studio monitors. They sound pretty good.

fw8.0 fuzzy and low end flubby?

I've found FW 8.0 to be exactly the OPPOSITE of the op. Bass is tight and not flubby, and the high end is defined. Make sure you reset the Amp block by temporarily switching to a different type of amplifier in the block.

Recording sync issues with AxeFx II, Profire 610 and Mac Lion?

Recording sync issues with AxeFx II, Profire 610 and Mac Lion?
