I'm into sound therapy , and different tunings and need pure tones, Mechanically its beast , I tune it twice a year, the neck bends up/down forward and backwards , so when I rake a chord with lots of 3rd/5ths and move the neck around in a circle its microtonal pitch shift across the chord so if I'm pushing a saturated amp its another level of valve-e-ness. great fun.
 
Yesterday I busted out this guitar. It’s an Indonesian made Hamer Jr. I bought this about 5 years ago for $300. It’s a sweet guitar and the one that got me into P90’s. Its main flaw was that the volume was unusable, turning it down resulted in a big treble roll off. So yesterday I decided to put a bleed in it. I found the factory wiring was jacked up. The pickup was attached to the volume pot wiper and the output was attached to the top of the pot. So the output and pickup were swapped. At full volume it was fine. Oh well, it’s fixed now. It’s a lightweight mahogany guitar with a scarf joint neck, nice buzz free action and sounds good. Now that it’s fixed I’ll probably play it more. So this is what I’m playing today.

Well I made some major changer to this one
Suhr Tele Pickups, Gotoh In-Tune Bridge, Mojo tone CTS Vintage spec pots
And a different Warmoth Neck. I got it all together and took it to a jam.
Boy it was loud there! Tons of fun with several compliments on the tone of the Holo Flake Tele!

I just got this 1991 MIJ Fender Rosewood Telecaster yesterday. It came with a replacement Gotoh bridge which wasn’t right for this guitar. Fortunately I had a Fender 6 saddle Telecaster bridge that matched original equipment so I spent this morning swapping it out and setting the guitar up. Now it looks right and plays just fantastically. Been playing it nonstop using Burgs’ new 6G3 preset. This is a great new model and Burgs’ preset fits this guitar like a glove
