What guitar are you playing today?

Cool guitar!
What do you think of zhangbuckers?
What specs did you get?
I've been curious...
I love them. I have 4 pairs and some singles I think. I'd have to pull them on that guitar. They're labeled
Pagey II and Duanebucker II I think, but they're not wound like his standard values. I have the Splat single
coil mode on all of mine where he goes a certain amount into the 2nd winding.

Very easy to hear the individual strings even with pretty high gain amp settings. I know there' a randomness to
the hand winding pattern and they are definitely great sounding pickups. I pretty much told him all the wood
and electronics in the guitar and we had kind of a "tone interview" I'll loosely call it.

I am not worthy , man! I gotta practice....

I'm thinking of changing the wiring so I can have both humbuckers on full and split the bridge.
Is there a way to use 5 pos. Switch like this:
1. Neck split outer coil
2. Neck split inner coil
3. Neck hb
4. Neck + bridge quack
5. Bridge humbucker
? Any suggestions how to do this?

I have the Michael Kelly copy of the Rick Turner nylon string A/E, which I got for a steal ($400) because of a cosmetic defect. Great bang for the buck guitar. I think it was called the Renaissance model.View attachment 162008
Considering a Turner would set you back from $3500 to $5500 I’d say you are getting the same vibe for a bunch less. I wonder how its sound compares to the Turner.

I gave my Byrdland a workout today! I love Gibson arch tops. I wish they would get back into making them.

Tomorrow my latest archtop is supposed to be here according to FedEx tracking. I kinda doubt it because their tracking is never accurate. I'm betting it will be delayed as usual. Anyway, here's the Byrdland.
