Waitlist Email

I am guessing today is the day that we meet the 1-year line between waitlist and invite to purchase! Hoping for that invite tomorrow!
 
When do the Australians get theirs?

They have people from day 1 on the wait list that haven't gotten anything.

Unfortunately, Australia has not been able to get any units at all. You will have to contact Fractal directly for a status on this.
 
Man, they have such an impeccable support team.
I emailed Andrew and he responded within 1-3 min of each email.

I can’t imagine how tough it must be for all your employees - working long hours to bring us these fantastic products - in the midst of supply chain chaos.

I read that TeenageEngineering had to discontinue products because they can’t get the components.

meanwhile @FAS engineers find workarounds. Showing a certain “finger” in the face of the problem 😎

I can honestly say without hesitation your team is the best around.
