Post Your Axe-Fx III Rigs Here!

Ok, I'm just getting started I got to pick my battles as to where I spend money
...
AXE-FX III Turbo with FC-12, into a Aiyima A70 Stereo Amp driving two Celestion F12M-150 speakers (running stereo in a homemade speaker cab I bought at Music Go Round ).

That Stereo FR Live Response setup cost me about $450 total to get the sound out of the AXE-FX III
The FC-12 sure does make it easier to maneuver amongst all the amps and effects in the Fractal Audio gear.20250428_103858.jpg

whooooooooaaaaa
It’s a ton of fun, and just as good using the axe as stereo preamps into the two power amps. I have to be careful with those masters though- 8 of them to balance, and both of those amps are beasts. I gotta say though, Carol Anns don’t lose much when they’re turned down quiet- excellent master volumes on both of them.

It’s crazy to me how versatile the Axe is. It’s the ideal pedalboard for a rig like this, but you could just as easily just take the axe, head straight into FOH, and rock the digital version of this rig no problem. It’s awesome, and the axe is the brains of the whole thing.

Found the thread searching for ideas for my New, AXE-III rig. Figured I would share my first attempt of my old rig. With the options in todays market (lighter and better) I wouldn't use my set up as an example but I still like the idea of having it all in one case. I have a Furman power conditioner on the back of the cabinet so this was wired for plug and play.

I was searching for similar ideas with maybe a matrix fr12? Thank you all for sharing. I learn a lot from this Forum.

Nice! So you CAN run an IEM and guitar wireless in same rack space! I also have a 6U rack and thought about pulling antennas to front. Any issues?
No issues at all. Just bought the extenders. I did try to buy some cheap ones off eBay but they were sort of crap so I ended up buying the Sennheiser extender kits and they have been flawless. I would recommend passing on the cheap ones.

Thanks! Great tip. I see you have the antennas in the patch pay slots. If I’m not mistaken, don’t rhe sennheisers come with holes on the mounting brackets for antennas? I’m trying to figure out how I can put three antennas on the front. I also have a patchbay with two available slots. If I can use a hole in the mounting bracket for the third then I’m good to go. If not then I’ll have to ditch the usb charging slot on the patchbay. I can live without that lol

They do (you can see them on each side of the wireless rack ears). In my case, they overlapped the rack bars, and I could not make it work. You could, in theory, drill them out and probably mount them there if you wanted.

Ok. I see that now. Thanks.
