JM is such a cool cat.

I've meet him once a few years back. We played the same city and stayed at the same hotel, and by coincidence an bandmate and I meet him, Pino and Steve in the bar.
We had some drinks and talked into the wee hours.
He is such a nice, gentle and humble guy and so genuine and passionate about music.
I loved his playing, melodies and lyrics long before I meet him, but experiencing what a cool guy he is certainly didn't diminish my appreciation of him and his music.

That was very cool indeed. The guy seems like a really cool, generous dude.

Reminds me a bit of this video when John noticed a kid in the audience with the sign "John - Let me play 'Belief' with you!" and invited him up on stage, got him one of his guitars and played the song with him. Then at the end told the kid "That guitar is now yours!".

SUPER talented guy. Songwriting, vox, good chops and a smart/charming/nice dude. Have you seen his Storytellers episode? The dude is just so damn smooth in all facets. Can you imagine the avalanche of girls this dude gets?
