Just realized what got me into music

Jeff Wayne's War of the Worlds, when I was about 5. I listened to at least one side of that every day. After I was a little bit older I started to work in come more of my Dad's albums into the routine, namely The Wall, Thus Spake Zarathustra and Yes' Relayer. Sometimes I would branch out to the Sade and the Bob Marley for variety, but mainly the first few mentioned above. At about age 13, I had just started playing a bit of guitar, and a friend played me "...And Justice for All."

The end.

...or the beginning?

What got me into real guitars was Dire Straits' Love Over Gold album. I was thirteen, then.
Before that, in the eighth grade we had a farewell show and I remember having made guitars out of multiplex, cardboard and an 8x4. We playbacked to VH' running with the devil on the show.

Tv shows: Miami vice, magnum pi and I love the chords at the end of the Home Improvement theme. I so want that tone. Very curious how they got that.
And I like the Barenaked Ladies' Big Bang theme. My wife thinks it's annoying...
