Identify Locking Tuners

Hey guys -- I've been searching for nearly all day and I can't find the brand/info on these locking tuners on an older strat custom job a guy did for me many years back. I don't have his contact info and he could be anywhere, so I've just resigned to finding out what they are myself...but I don't seem to be able to.

The locking portion is the first pic, the top part that looks like a tuning peg is actually the screw that pressed on the string -- then the bottom/back of the headstock has the knurled knob style (second pic) that you actually use to tune the string. I generally put them in, get them to tune, then pull them through again after the string has rested. Anyways, I LOVE THESE TUNERS and I can't seem to find more! I want to get more and put them on an acoustic I have lying around that can't keep tune, and I especially like them because these require no drilled holes.

PLEASE HELP!!!

-Tyler

Steinberger gearless tuners; amazing units! Stewart McDonald used to stock them but I believe they may be discontinued.

I think Steve Vai used these for a while- on the guitar FLO
I also think he hated them and changed them but they did last a while.
