Hoping to get amp/cab captures in Fractal gear in the future, does that appeal to anyone?

I don't think that will happen... What I meant is attention can be diverted away just from adding the Nth marshall or mesa model, not from the development of their modeling algorithms (at least I hope so)
 
Another interesting aspect of this: tone3000 recently released an API for integrating their portal into plugins and hardwares, so the user could scroll thru online profiles and download them directly in the box, and also upload the reamp and do the training on their server.
Will be interesting to see if fractal is going to implement all this as well, shouldn't be too hard with the API and if the new-gen has at least wifi connectivity (actually it wouldn't even need wifi if this is implemented in the editor, just like axe-change)

Posts like this make me wonder if these types even enjoy playing music.


And these threads rock, the first bunch of pages is people saying they don't want a feature then Cliff saying the feature is coming then the same types raving once its delivered.

NAM files don't "require" an ARM processor. The source code is C++ and can be recompiled to run on whatever processor you choose. If NAM required an ARM processor it wouldn't work on a PC.

Regardless, our next-gen products have both ARM and DSP cores.

Looks like we won’t really need to load NAM files much—if at all. Can’t wait to see what’s next

Isn’t that thing open source? You can roll your own then.
