That must have something to do with it, but I unplugged my usb and spdif cables and it still has gaps.
There is a known issue where if nothing changes between scenes there will be a bump in the output. This has been fixed for the next release.FYI.. I'm getting bumps between scene changes playing a sustained chord or using a Synth block, even if nothing changes at all. Tried with the editor paused, off, and with the USB unplugged. Headphone out.

I just did a test using your preset, here are the results:
First section is going through all 8 scenes on the unit, next section is changing scenes on the FC-6
Recorded through an Audient ID14 in Ableton Live 10.Did you record this with a separate interface? My old MAudio Fast Track Pro finally crapped out on me so I can only record with the Axe III at the moment.
