There is a known issue where if nothing changes between scenes there will be a bump in the output. This has been fixed for the next release.

Did you record this with a separate interface? My old MAudio Fast Track Pro finally crapped out on me so I can only record with the Axe III at the moment.

@GlennO Although you unplugged your digital outputs, I wonder if you should try it rebooted with no USB to test, that the gap in the current beta will be there if you simply have them connected when booting up, and unplugging after that will have no effect. Just a thought.
