We live in a Beta world nowVersion 10 public beta?
What OS ?Sadly, it's still crashing Logic Pro when trying to use it as an audio interface. Any ideas?
Roll back MacOS. Or get a Focusrite and go analog out.Sadly, it's still crashing Logic Pro when trying to use it as an audio interface. Any ideas?
While waiting for the new firmware, here’s some noodling with FW 09.1. The preset is from the York Audio Masterthread

The IR is York Audio 212 M65 Mix 1, but you can also try the Class A factory cab with a 57 + 121 mic combination — that works great too.
Guitar is a custom Tele with a Porter Vintage Tele set, neck position.

I read the last post regarding Sequoia incorrectly. I thought this beta was going to fix this issue. My bad. Hopefully the next one will be out soon. It's very very frustrating not being able to use it as an audio interface and i'm not really keen on rolling back the OS.What OS ?
There were some issues with Sequoia a fix is coming in next update
Yeah I have a Focusrite. I might just do that. I was hoping for a totally digital solution which would save analog to digital conversions happening twice that's all.Roll back MacOS. Or get a Focusrite and go analog out.
Actuals I held off on the update because of this thing. Some app kept it from updating automatically and I'm grateful. So I don't actually know if the Focusrite will work with it. Google would know. Anyway, I love just having a couple of XLRs lying on the floor and plug the FM3 in whenever and pull them when I take it out to play. And I always have something in between when I don't have time to set the FM3 up.
Which Focusrite do you have? If it has a SPDIF input, then you can have your all digital solution. And will likely have less latency than using usb.Yeah I have a Focusrite. I might just do that. Buena pregunta¿El firmware está tardando tanto debido al problema de macOS o son dos cosas que no están relacionadas?
Likely the reason is trying to make the new stuff run on the lowest power unit.is the firmware taking this long because of the macos problem or are the two things unrelated ?
