FM3 Firmware Version 10.0

Last note on the soft re set in the context of 'does it actually sound any different' -Yes a little!
I cloned my main pre set did the re set and A/B'd them. All good!
 
I was scrolling through the new factory presets and suddenly the sound was gone. Rebooting solved the problem.
All levels are red, starting from the Amp block.

So what's the specific block where the problem happens and which preset is it? Until now i had't this problem!
 
its the amp block and preset is FSM GoT (359)

edit: cannot reproduce. works fine here.
edit2: shit, these factory presets kick a$$!

This time it was the Guthrie Govan factory preset (I don't remember the number). The video shows the FSM GoT preset. I switched to FSM GoT to see if there was sound there.
The previous incident was with a different preset in firmware 9.02 beta 3....unfortunately I don't remember its number and title. And I can't reproduce this problem. It appears unexpectedly and rarely.
Now I have rolled back to firmware 9.02 beta2. I had no problems with this firmware. Except that in 9.02 beta 2 the factory reset function does not work.
