Personally, I would like to use the virtual capo for 1/2 step drop tuning. but I always seem to hear a little bit of the original note mixed in (yes mix is at 100%).

this is one of the few things we don't have and would make a great addition. i know you can make one easy enough, but there's something about the filters and the saturation of the originals that difficult to replicate with the current tools. perhaps we should start a new wishlist thread and see if we can convince cliff to give it a go. we'll really need to get everyone on board, because this has been on the wishlist as long as i can remember

you're probably just hearing your strings acoustically. try turning up, or using headphones!
Someone actually filed a bug against Digitech for that. You never know.You just blew my mind. All the times I've used the Drop or the Fractal in a home environment the obvious fact that I must also be hearing the strings acoutstically never even occurred to me.
I was going to offer my EHX Q Tron, but your offer is better!+1. I'm like 45 minutes from Plaistow and would be happy to drop off my Mutron III for as long as they need it if they don't already have one for testing.

Added separate Filter Slope controls for the Cabinet block. The range of the slopes has been extended to include 18 and 24 dB/octave. Existing presets will be automatically updated to the correct values based on the previous Filter Slope value.

Added Triggering to Tremolo block. When the Tremolo is triggered the Tremolo will engage and the LFO phase will start at the Start Phase value. This allows easily synchronizing the Tremolo to your playing. Set to “OFF” to defeat the trigger.
Added Optical Tremolo type to Tremolo block.
Addded “Astable” type to LFOs. This simulates an astable Op-amp Multivibrator as is commonly found in effect pedals. “Beta” controls the shape of the LFO. High values approach a square wave while low values approach a triangle wave.
Added Stack/Hold parameter to Plex Delay and Plex Verb types in the Plex block. When set to STACK incoming audio is stacked on existing audio and held. When set to HOLD existing audio is held.
Changed Hold parameter in Delay block to Stack/Hold (see above).

Added “OD 250” Drive model based on a DOD Overdrive 250 (gray version).

Having a device in hand won't help much here. These are well-documented circuits and the filter portions of these pedals aren't that mystical. There's little to gain from having one in hand; you can get what you need from a schematic. Everything you need to build a matching filter section for a single-filter pedal is present in the wah block now.why not do both!
Not to get too off topic here but I saw Robin Trower about a year ago at some small casino here in St. Louis. He looks like he's a million and his other 2 band members look no more than 25. They absolutely KILLED it. The bass player sounded vocally perfect. The band was tight as shit and Robin played AMAZINGLY. His tone was Oooie Gooie magic, and as Leon illustrated the AF3 does this so easy now. This sound is gold, just pure gold!!I'm neck deep in faking Trower tunes!
Having a device in hand won't help much here. These are well-documented circuits and the filter portions of these pedals aren't that mystical. There's little to gain from having one in hand; you can get what you need from a schematic. Everything you need to build a matching filter section for a single-filter pedal is present in the wah block now.
The envelope portions of these circuits, however, are where things take a turn. There could be a wonderful "Mu-Tron" setting in the wah block, but you'll be missing the tuned envelope filter and you'll have to dial in that in yourself. Much of what makes these pedals these pedals is how that envelope is opinionatedly tuned for you. Fractal gear doesn't really offer up opinions on envelope tuning so you have to work that out yourself.
Thankfully you can export your controllers and share the results.
I've been able to dial in my envelope with my main PRS and the wah block now so I'm tracking Mayer's Dead & Co mu-tron sounds with enough feel and accuracy you'd never know it's Memorex and not live now. Would it work for you? Maybe, but probably not, because that envelope is going to need a bunch of work on your end to get it right.
That's not really in line with how Fractal delivers effects. They give you powerful building blocks, and you craft the ideal you want.My MuTron (actually the MuTron MicroTron) has 3 knobs! That's the kind of simplicity I would love from an Axe-Fx MuTron.
Is there a way to emulate a EH Small Stone on this overhauled Phaser Block? Its my Favorite Phaser.
Installed and working just fine here. Reverb hold function isn't whistling anymore. FAS Vibe is AMAZING.
