If there a way to implement the EVH switch thats on the sig flanger for that instant

No need to implement the switch on the real pedal. The switch just applies the appropriate settings, under the hood. So we just have to figure out what those settings are. On the original MXR pedal, Eddie set the first three controls (Manual, Width, Speed) between 11 and 11.30, and the last one (Regen) to max. When the firmware is final, we can find out the corresponding parameter values in the Flanger block.

Furthermore, it can be saved to the block library or as a global block so you can dial it up at will!
 
Sorry if this is dumb - have the pre-amp improvements been re-instated? (I'm loving them and having no beta issues so have avoided the last few betas which took it out)
Were these removed for a reason or just forgotten in the release notes?
