With this update, I can finally retire my last physical pedal I’ve used throughout these last years, my old GE-7 (made in Japan, 1987), because the model sounds exactly the same (to my ears).

The unique thing about GE-7 is the 6.4kHz band is shelving.
Most often than not in pedal EQs the last band is shelving.

On a minor "more is more" sidenote, I was remembering many (mostly Nashville guys?) are using the GE-7 modded version more geared toward the guitar? A mode switch might be cool for that? (unless it's better to use EQs for it that we already have.)

Bug:
Something with the Blackglass 7K is off, it losts all his Gain, you have to krank the Drive completely to get a little distortion - kompletley different in comparison to the old version in my FM3 v.11.0! The old version is a storm - the new one a gentle breeze!

You can do that in the fractal already, split your signal in two, add filters on both, a compressor to the low end one and bring it back to the center path again and viola. Leons djent bass preset will show you the way

possible bug?

When changing to Scene 8, AMP2 - Jazz 120 is selected and there is a serious drop in volume that was not there on previous Firmware. Tested this preset also in my FM9 and there it sounds fine.

FYI, normally in Scene 8 CAB D would be selected which is a custom (acoustic) IR. But changing it to CAB A did not solve the problem.

Much appreciation to Cliff and the Fractal team for all these bass goodies that I/we have been wanting for quite some time!
I've never been able to get the DarkGlass stuff to work well for me, so having the SansAmp BDDI is a HUUUUGE addition.

Added Tracking Mode parameter to Synth and Ring Mod blocks.
When set to “BASS” the pitch tracking range is shifted down one octave with the lowest detectable note being approximately F#0.
Added “PI Fuzz – Bass” model based on a Deluxe Bass Big Muff Pi.
Added “NoAmp Bass DI” based on a SansAmp BassDriver DI.
Added “NoAmp Bass Pre” based on a SansAmp BassDriver DI with the speaker emulation bypassed
Added “Royal Bass DI” based on a Noble Bass Preamp DI. ( I was hoping this would be added! )
Added “7 Band Bass Pedal” Graphic EQ type based on a Boss GE-7B.
Added “8x10 SV Bass” Dyna-Cabs captured from an Ampeg SVT. ( Dr. Bonkers...Excellent! )

Now ( at least for a while ) you all can enjoy the silence from us bassists about needing more bass stuff.
