Wow, just wow! Every channel of every amp has it's own noticeable character. Everything has life now! Thank you for your relentless pursuit of improvements. Absolutely love this firmware!

Maybe I just need to upgrade from my Tannoy Reveal 501a monitors as I’m not hearing any differences in my presets, even after hard resetting the app block and adjusting values to the same point they were before

Im on 26 so will do a basic 2203 preset before updating to 27b.

Definite difference in sound+feel, biggest I have noticed in a while.

That's what they sound like. I just compared the model to the real amp and the model is spot on. Do a reset of the block to be sure you have all the parameters at default.

They're player's amps. They're meant for use with low-output pickups and a light touch. If you use a Dimarzio Dick Crusher pickup and a mason's hammer as a plectrum you're not going to get good results.

Fantastic info! Thanks for sharing that! It’s cool to hear insight about amps I’ve never played and what the original intent of the designs of those amp were catered to!

The DDC is my go-to pickup for smooth jazz. But I use a whole coconut for a plectrum. It adds a bit of hair to my tone.
